Oscar is a very professional advisor whom takes his job very seriously. He answered all my questions with sincerity and even helped to fix my rear view mirror which just fell off before I drove to the dealership. I was the last customer waiting for check (almost noon). He happened to walk by and found out that I was still waiting, he immediately said that he can help. I’m completely satisfied with the service. Just one thing that my jingle bell key chain was missing. I called Oscar, he said he will try to look for it. If you guys can please find it I’d greatly appreciate very much. The key chain (one single silver jingle bell) is from my dad.
