First of all, I would like to express my concern about the cost of parts and labor. Within one month, I needed to visit service department twice to provide maintenance for my 2010 Prius. The first time I spent approximately $975.00 for oil change, pistons, and front brakes. The second time I visited the service department, I needed to replace the EGR and other accessories for a whopping $1,735.00. Upon coming home my vehicle's engine still rattled and shook. Unfortunately, the car continued to make the same noise before I took the Prius. However, I will need to take my vehicle back to make sure the service was done properly. This was at Wondries Toyota Alhambra.
