Danny said car would be ready in 2-2.5 hours. Told him I had to be out in 2.5 hours or sooner. Checked with him after 2 hrs. He said car would be ready soon. Checked again in 20m. He said would be ready in 20m. Danny failed to speak honestly about maintenance time. A very conscientious service rep Jason P noticed I was not happy. He asked if he could help me. He actually contacted the tech for an ETA. This was much appreciated. Danny needs to take a lesson from Jason. It took 3.5 hours to complete a basic maintenance on my Prius. Call me for more feedback ****-****-xxxx.
