My service helper Di Wu did not respect my time. I was told my inspection would take 1-2hours. I waited for 2 hours, then called to checkup on the status of my car. Di did not answer. I called again. Di did not answer. A few minutes later when it was close to 3 hours later, I went to someone at a service desk and they were able to find him.
After talking with Di about the repairs my car needed, and getting a synopsis of the things inspected, I saw that the service inspection was concluded at 1:15 pm. It was now 2:30pm. Knowing that my car had been inspected for an hour already and that no one came to get me showed me that my time was not respected. I wish I was at least told if something was running late or if they were running behind. Even if Di was on lunch break, I wish he had given my case to someone else in the meantime, anticipating that my car would have been ready sometime during his lunch break. I did not receive any texts or calls back when my car was done.

Almost 2.5 hrs to complete a service. I was a 7am appointment and got the call @ 923 that my car was ready. It took 18 minutes of waiting to pick up my car as it appears there was one porter delivering cars.

I wasn’t pleased with the communication and thoroughness of the explanation of recommended services in addition to what I requested. I feel I was sold a fuel intake flush that was not necessary.
Additionally, the service dept left my engine air filter clamps unclosed, so the air filter was not airtight when I left and I only discovered it after driving home. Who knows what else they left opened or not tied down? I don’t know what other areas to inspect nor do I have that expertise.

Nelison was great and consistently kept me informed throughout the service process. Although my car had to stay at the dealership an extra day due to a part issue—which I understand can happen—the overall communication was appreciated. However, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there was some confusion locating it, which was frustrating. Additionally, the dog seat covers I had in the back seats were removed and not reinstalled, which was disappointing.
