I still have an issue with my connection from car to phone, car play, he helped but really didnt remember how to fix it. Edward was more help and nicer but the problem is not resolved. They said my car was not talking to my phone. My phone was advanced for my car. Which is NOT true. I have an iphone 16 pro and my car is a 2019. I have been having this issue for a while but wasn’t always like that. Jerry said to disconnect my battery and see if that helps or pay to do something to my radio board which was going to be around 300.
I find that VERY unacceptable and he did not seem like he care. When I picked up my car from service, I told him I did not understand why they could not disconnect my battery to see if that would have helped my issue and he said they don’t do that.
So pretty unhappy. ???? I have a call into Corporate.

Emilio and the team at Wondries are fantastic, and their service was both quick and greatly appreciated. However, I encountered an issue during my visit. I went in for a nail in my tire and to address the cosmetic damage on one rim, which was on the passenger side when I purchased the car. This rim was covered under my wheel and tire package.
Upon receiving my car back after the tire change, I noticed that the wheel on the opposite side is now scratched on the face, as if it was dragged across the ground without protection. The outer rim isn’t damaged from curb rash; instead, all the spokes have chips in the powder coating.
The problem is that I now have another damaged rim, and the black chrome powder coating is not easily repairable. This has resulted in more damage than I initially brought in for.
To further elaborate on the issue.
Prior to the wheel replacement, some pictures of the wheel with the nail were taken. Those photos may show that there was in fact no damage to the wheel prior to the tire replacement.
