I scheduled an oil change for Thursday at 3:15 pm. I brought my car in at 3:10 PM. I received the text message showing I was checked in and the status of my vehicle. I did not receive any call or notification that my car was being worked on that afternoon. I called several times and left messages and I was told that my rep was going to get back to me. He never did. I did not have a car to get to work the next morning. I had to borrow a car to get to work in Santa Monica at 3:30 in the morning. The next morning, I did not receive a call notification that my car was being worked on. I then had to call three times to get a hold of someone to then let me know what the statuses of my vehicle. I was then told that my vehicle was now going to start getting worked on. I don’t know why I would ever come back Wondries.

I will never be back here. Will definitely make sure anyone I know is aware of the ridiculous suggestion that the service department tries to scare you into thinking you need. I actually thought of coming here because of how close it was to my job. I will travel to Cabe Toyota where they actually know what customer service is all about.
