Nelson stated they are not to busy & I waited 2 1/2 hours & he told me usually the wait time is 2 hours. If I did not asked probably I waited longer when I told him I will make a comment about this he told me go ahead. I did not like his attitude at all poor customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the service department. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2005, but the quality has clearly gone downhill under new ownership.
My service advisor never returned my calls about multiple issues with my 2019 Toyota Highlander, yet sent me a bill for over $2,900 with no explanation or prior approval. That’s completely unacceptable.
There’s a serious lack of communication, transparency, and attention to detail. It feels rushed, and I no longer trust that vehicles are being properly inspected or that customers are being informed about necessary repairs.
This is not the level of service long-time customers should expect.
