I was contacted to schedule a recall service need, I explained I would need a car to do this and the oil change I scheduled. At the time of service I was told you had no car to use even though I had explained it was necessary to schedule that much time for both services. I ended up only doing the oil change and need to now return for the recall. It wasn’t me attendants fault, it was as whoever scheduled to appointment.

Michael was efficient in checking me in and providing my oil change and tire rotation. He answered all of my questions. As a new Camry first time buyer I am confident in trusting my service needs at Serra.
I would recommend an upgrade to the waiting area which is small and not conducive for an hour wait if you have a laptop or need to work while you late. The executive waiting room is included in the need to invest in a customer friendly waiting area.
