We purchased the RX 350 the last couple days of December. This was the first service and they told me that it was out of alignment, which I found odd with only 4900 miles of driving for my wife. Who’s very cautious just seemed odd that it was of alignment so soon. I did not say anything to the service advisor, was in a hurry so paid the bill and left.
