The representative that initially spoke with me concerning the problem I brought the vehicle for was very thorough in explaining what cause it could cause the problem experienced. He also notified that the problem caused a V misalignment of the tires and suggested that the vehicle should be repaired. It was repaired for a fee

When I drove in, I was told that my front tires were not aligned properly. This was determined just by driving in. I did not trust that just by driving in that this could be determined, so the representative said they would get the car up and show me (by picture or video I assumed). A link was sent by text but it was only a work order form and not a picture or any data showing the misalignment. Then I received a text that I could pay ahead of time. That was all the information I received. Another representative came to inform me that my car was ready because mine was at lunch so I did not bring this up. The receipt showed there was slight misalignment and that an adjustment was done but the new representative did not go over this. He just wanted payment. I saw this later.
