Travis explained why it’s better to have my brakes replaced with oem parts only and it made complete sense to have them done there. So I will be getting them done in about a week or two. Kudos to Travis for being so thorough and a delight to talk to.

Left a voicemail yesterday and have not received a response my driver side front wheel has a roughly 1 inch track where it looks like the paint has been completely stripped (black wheel)… it obviously was not hit as there’s no burring or curbing but just completely smooth and stripped. Not even sure how this happened, best guess is it was done with a powerwasher on the wheels or high pressure nozzle on the car wash?? Anyways hoping to get some resolution, if that occurs no harm no foul.

There were no technicians available when I came in to get my vehicle. I never met Cassie. After waiting for awhile with no assistance Alfred helped me start the checkout online. I asked for Adam to come check me out. I have dealt with him before and I have a lot of faith in him. He is very competent and helpful. One thing I don’t understand is that 2 women technicians were just chatting with a customer. I was told the one was training the other one. But to be just chatting while customers are waiting is stressful
