Cordis was accommodating for me on adjusting my vehicle return. He and his team were just awesome today. I can’t thank him enough. I was at the hospital for my mom’s surgery and it ran long. I called two separate times to request a push back in time to have my car returned to me. His team who answered the phone was awesome and he made it happen for me. It was a very stressful day anyway, but seeing how quickly he was able to help me was awesome. I am so so grateful. At no point did they make me feel like I was a **** or pain, even though my request was probably a hassle. I love my Lexus but I love service department a little more. The valet service is such a time saver for me. And the valet driver was awesome too. I’m just so impressed with the whole experience from the phone calls checking in to the end. Thank you again and thank you for making me feel a part of the Lexus family.

When I called the dealership to find out how to reset the beeping sound that they told me after a mechanic looked at it was due to the emergency release within the trunk, Cordis could’ve saved me a lot of time and frustration if he would’ve simply taken the time to ask someone about the issue. Instead, I had to make two trips to the dealership and use a loaner vehicle for something that probably could’ve been taken care of while we waited or we could’ve simply been told how to reset it.
