Prompt and great service! I am unsatisfied with this cars highway mileage. My previous (4) rx350 f sports would get 25mpg on the 1.5 hour trip to Cleveland on the turnpike, now I get only 22, what has changed? This car cruises in M7 or M8 so it’s not the gears

this like EVERY Lexus dealer i’ve ever been involved with has been meticulous and extraordinary in care of my 2008 car;
i’m talking about dealers covering almost 1100 miles from my home;
i can still, STILL start my car after over five years and 100,000+ miles, take a nickel and stand it up on its edge and it WILL NOT EVEN SHAKE;
i defy any other manufacturer to match that kind of maintenance quality over 1100 miles;
my blood is too hot to settle for anything with four doors or an automatic transmission—i drive a six-speed 2006 Corvette convertible—but i recommend no other car manufacturer to people asking my opinion;

Paul treated me with respect and went over scheduled maintenance and together we determined that I did not need the tire rotation, due to low mileage driven. Thus, saving me money. The question was checking the brakes when the tires were off. He checked the maintenance history to determine when they were last checked and/or repaired. When going over what was done, he indicated that the brakes were actually checked. I take my car to you because you do only what is needed and do not do unnecessary work. Thank you.
