Jeffery was so very professional and helpful today. Immediately upon my arrival he greeted me warmly and welcomed me to Metro Lexus. My check-in was clear, thorough and spot on with what I came in for. He ensured I was seated comfortably in Metro’s GREAT Customer Lounge area where I had full privacy for phone and zoom calls while I waited. Then, periodically Jeffery returned to check on me and suggested a number of other additional maintenance actions on my Lexus RX, to which I eagerly consented and thanked him for bringing them to my attention. As an additional comment, I found Metro Lexus’ entire Team to be very engaging and friendly during my stay and greeted warmly by everyone I encountered. My Wife and I up from Nashville and are visiting one our children and her family in Sandusky for NOV while our new home is being finished. I told Jeffery I wished Metro were near me and I would be glad to shop with you for my next RX!!! GREAT JOB METRO LEXUS!!!!
