I was surprised by the bill after my service was completed since it was twice as high as was the estimate. But when Paul Cooper called me to explain that a wrong code had been used, and I deserve a refund, I was very delighted by his call.

Unfortunately after multiple trips there the issue was not resolved with Lexus so I cannot say I was completely satisfied. However I was completely satisfied with the staff and I do appreciate Jeff’s & Mike’s effort in doing everything possible. 5 stars. The service team is always excellent! Thanks Kelly Miller for delivering my car. If it wasn’t for such consistent excellent service this ordeal would have been much worse.
