Well, we were provided with a quote..full price parts & labor.
Offered a meetingnti view a newer model or spend 1.9k on 1 door panel, which Lexus dropped the ball to begin with. On a model worth 65k brand new. No accountability with our case, not even a little.
Complementary check up was not completed.
The team decided to have your new trainee, on the job for about a week to work with me. Nice young man.
We do appreciate the loaner while our vehicle sat untouched in the service building for over 48 hours.
I had to request for exit documentation to be updated to reflect truth.
I did receive prompt updates via text. Also recieved the complementary wash once I had asked on my way out..
Honestly, as a proud owner of both your GS & LS models, quite surprised & disappointed with our first visit to the Metro Lexus bookpark location.
I usually swear by the Lexus/Toyota brand for it's quality & dependability. As for the current service provided, unfortunately not in favor.
