Very satisfied with the service follow-up with Jeff Miller and his team of service technicians. Michael, Fredi and of course, Jeff, were very dedicated in fixing the problem I was experiencing. A lot of time was spent on this issue and they, as a team, made the necessary adjustments to resolve the issue. At times, it's not always the issue, but how someone approaches the issue. Peter Mapp has a great staff and I want to share this experience, along with others, with the entire establishment.
