I do have one exception. In years past, the people who wash your car also vacuumed both the front and passenger carpet in the back and the did wipe the dashboard, however the mechanical part of the service was outstanding and the staff kept me informed on the progress of their work.
The valet gentleman was who brought the rental explained all the new bells and whistles of the new RX 350 cavalier. Impressive.

This was a bad experience. Our car got confused with another car. I was asked if I wanted new tires and wipers. I was told I’d be getting another key. I was being charged for a free warranties service. When I was called to settle and pick up my car (I’d been waiting), it wasn’t there. After the mistake was discovered, it took another 30 minutes or longer to finish my simple service. Finally, I discovered that my tires and wipers were fine and that the new key was just a software upgrade. To his credit, my service person apologized and said that he was having a really bad morning. So did I.

Yes the key fob is not working properly. I was told the battery was replaced. I think the replacement battery is defective. I am able to unlock doors, but when I try to start car,not starting with key fob in my pocket. Dashboard shows no key. When I remove key from pocket and place close to steering wheel am able to start car. Had the car for two years was always able to start car without removing key fob from pocket.
