I went to switch out my tires for the snow tires I store there. The report they gave me said all four tires were at 35psi. However the psi sensor in my car showed that the four tires had varying psi readings. Also, I stood at the checkin desk for almost 10 minutes before anyone said anything to even though there were 5-6 people just sitting there. All they had to do is say we will be with you shortly. Instead, I was totally ignored

My agent did not listen well. He only listened to my story when I insisted after rolling his eyes. He made no effort to engage in pleasantries or to help me check out. He made a snide comment about how ‘I needed an update every 5min’ when I had to ask for an update myself. I made sure to let Dan, the manager, know that his agent was being difficult with me from the beginning. I am a professional myself. I make sure that every patient is given the attention they deserve even if the questions are rudimentary ones. He is having to work with the public. He can choose not to be there if he does not find his work rewarding. Dr K
