While my service associate (Adam) was polite, helpful and very assisting. The change in general service has been awful. My car is always washed and cleaned, plus they filled up the tank, before I get back my vehicle. It is not dirtier with less gas. Resulting in me having to go back to the gas station to fill the tank after returning a loaner with 5/8 of a tank at full.
The way my car was returned from the new management is a major decrease in basic business practices.
