He kept his cool when I got a little heated because I questioned an alignment when Lexus had just performed an alignment two xeeks previous....later I realized that your software had listed an alignment as an issue even though one was performed on that visit. When I bought the car a year ago I noticed a slight hesitation in acceleration but thought that was normal for the car. In a recent service visit Josh recommended cleaning the fuel injection system and explained why. The cleaning seems to have eliminated the hesitation. I’m happy with the result.
