I was felt like it was a bother asking about the tire warning light. I had recently brought the vehicle over for the same problem, was told it was due to cold temps, air was put in the “ low” tire and I left. I was concerned when it happened again. I sat for 1 1/2 hrs. without any updates or communication at all. Finally, I was informed I had a nail in my tire, and he thought it was in stock ?! Never came back or sent me a text to let me know that it was in stock, and it would be exchanged. I assumed when I sat another 30-40 minutes, it was being replaced. Zerryck never came back, a female came into the waiting area- calling for “ Lockhart”,several times - not knowing who I was or the area I was sitting. I stood up, identifying myself, I think everyone in the area was aware of my name… It was an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Not the great service and professional courtesy I received last time from Josh.

My car was picked up at 8:00 AM on Monday morning, I got the text at 11:30 AM saying everything look good. We needed a three row car for Christmas, yet we did not get our car back on Monday. I am hoping we get it back Thursday. I didn’t know when they came to pick up your car that it was a multiple day turnaround. Very frustrating, especially at Christmas.

I will say, since you asked, just for your information to consider, the person who took the vehicle and the one who returned it are the only people that spoke to me while I waited over an hour for my car. Numerous employees including a manager walked right by me, even made eye contact but never spoke. That was a considerable change from the way it was during the purchasing process. The person who came to get me when the car was finished with its 5K mile service said my name and turned and walked back to the check out area. When I caught up he handed me a piece of paper and ask if I had any questions. He did not explain what had been done to the car or anything else. Now that I consider this I find it unacceptable. That is not the way to treat a new Lexus customer getting the car’s first (or 100th) service. Just something to consider if the sign on the waiting area wall is anything more than decoration. Actually, after thinking about this I am very disappointed with my experience today. The guy who returned the vehicle didn’t even mention there is a recall on the car. I already knew it but it seems it would have been brought to my attention.
