Josh failed to call me when he had promised for update on the service when I called he told me the technician was still working on the car. The valve covers had been placed, but a cam sensor had showed up when they test drove the car when I called back Later he told me the technician was still trying to determine the source of the sensor warning the next day when I called, he said he would check with the technician. I failed to hear from him, so I called the central service line. The lady put me in touch with the technician who was working next to my car. He said the technician was sick and not working that day, so Josh misled me when he said there was a technician working on my car trying to figure out the problem. I then talk to John who immediately handled the problem sent me a loaner car and had the service completed.
