Well, when you hear lexus , you think luxury ! So , I hold you to a higher standard when it comes to maintenance and care for my vehicle . I have brought my car back to lexus for all my maintenance and detailing . I had a detailing last year , and it was as if it came off your show room floor! Beautiful, and perfect! Worth every penny! Well, it was time to have it detailed again , and after hearing many people tell me, Don’t take it to lexus , Take it here or there! I said No, because of the service I received last time ,I was very satisfied! Well, Let me just tell you ,when I picked up my car on saturday, I needed to get gas so I was looking it over and my door wells were still dirty the bottom of my doors were still dirty , my mat in my hatch had dirt on it , On that note , You have lost me as a client! I will never bring my car back to you for anything! Lexus should have looked my car over before giving it back to me .. There is no luxury in what I just paid for , I’m not sure why or what has happened but , something has changed with your quality of service and I’m not paying for less than perfect , specially from a luxury company !

Made an appointment for an oil change. When I spoke with the representative I asked when my Scratch and Dent expired she said 2027. I asked her to note that I wanted my dent looked at. When I got to the dealership my service was adamant that I did not have it and sent me on my way. Every time I come to this location I’m treated like I didn’t pay $60,000 for a vehicle. I paid luxury prices bc I expected a certain level of customer service. I’ve complained before and nothing changes.

Dear Lexus, The employees were great, the issue with your policy. Nissan does a perform complete inspection with every Oil Change and car wash at dealer cost. This added amenity of service may lead to extra service, but the additional inspection leads to a reason why to go back to Dealership. The customer is aware of ALL issues and that inspection adds value for both Dealership and Customer. My Nissan Cars all go back to Dealership (Marhoffer). That builds customer loyalty to Dealership and Trust. We want Dealership #1 Source for issues. You want to build Long Term Relationships.
