I told the cost 287. I understand maybe that didn’t include tax and that’s fine. Next day 287 plus tax. My issue is I had a 50 dollar coupon and at the end of the day it was still 286. I asked for an explanation and the only thing he knew was the tax part. I was told by bill will show the breakdown. I feel like I didn’t have a coupon it would have been 287. I had 50 dollars off and it ends up being 286. That was sketchy to me and it breaks the trust.

I went on line to arrange an appointment for 60,000 miles service and the on line cost was about $500.00. It did not say the cost was not mention that this cost was not inclusive.
I end up have to pay over $750.00 which is about $250 over the quoted on line! This is deceiving to me! For a reputable company like Lexus, this should not happen. All costs should be clear there should be no hidden costs!
