Reason 1: I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Reason 2: They recommended replacement of the hood lift rods at a cost of about $400. There is nothing wrong with them the hood stays open just fine. It leads me to question whether I can believe or trust other service recommendations.
