I tried to paste some pictures here. Was not successful in doing so. So very disappointed in the detail, even after having the car returned to me for the second time. This has to be the worse detail I’ve ever received and for the most money I’ve ever spent, it also added 240 miles to my car. Never again. Never. To think that you signed off on this is disturbing. I will be going over the interior myself. Rest assured I will be sharing this awful detail with others. Truly poor work. And I was lied to.

I came in for my 25,000 service maintenance, the tech suggested a new engine filter which was $72 for part and labor to replace. I agreed. However when I picked up my vehicle I was told since I paid for a filter I would not get one at my next maintenance at 30,000. I have 27,000+ miles on my car had the tech informed me, I would’ve gotten one complementary next Maintenance I would not have chosen to pay one this time. I asked for that to be refunded or to have a credit on my account for the next time I have service. I was told that the technician could not make that decision and would check with a manager and get back with me which hasn’t. On another note, my car was not washed even though I specifically asked, which has happened before. Honestly, I expected the Lexus experience to be a higher level Customer Service, I have not been impressed.

I appreciate how prompt and helpful the staff people are in the service/repair department, it is also a very pretty dealership - I also really appreciate being given a loaner car so I can get back to work when I drop my car off for repairs. My car is still running well and I’m thrilled with my purchase but my one complaint is that I am constantly needing an alignment. I’ve been a car owner for over 40 years and I’ve never seen the need for alignments 2 or 3x a year.
