The service manager Chris did an excellent job resolving my issues with my van. He understood the issues, understood my position and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. He also did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process.
The individual I initially spoke with could use a little customer service skills. Take the time to really understand the issue and resist the temptation to to deal with all customers and repair issues in the same way. The fact that this is the second time my vehicle was in for the same issues should matter and at a minimum a little compassion and understanding that my time is important.
