Three hours in the waiting room and every other person was spoken to directly. I was called on my phone. May sound petty, but I was kind of annoyed. Don’t treat me different for warranty work.

The rear seat leather clips came undone and I asked that it be reclioped, it was not.
In addition, I have to make a follow up appointment because the car is still leaking oil. (Purchase new 2017 Pilot Touring AWD a few months ago)
