The service has been great. However, I continue to get unsolicited sales calls, like the one while I was waiting to hear back from service today. I've repeatedly asked for this to stop. For the last time, if it does not I will take my business elsewhere.

I drive 45 miles to Right Honda because people like Bill Thornton and the service team have been giving me great service for 13 years and I have a Honda dealership 7 miles from my home and I think that probably answers your question of whether I was satisfied becsuse Bill Thornton and the whole team are amazing, I drive 38 miles further than the closest Honda dealership to me because they are fantastic and I’ve always shown a great positive attitude plus they’re like family. Wow you guys were awesome today! Chris was super helpful and I felt taken care of. Chris was also able to assist me during the maintenance work as he took me to my gym which is nearby.
