Lennon’s service was over and above expectations. Personally plus, exceptional knowledge about the mechanical problem I brought the car in for but also Honda’s legal background regarding previous issues regarding resolutions. Think he went out of his way to immediately help coordinate transportation for me to help with a medical problem with my daughter. Couldn’t have been more pleased. I was happy when they completed for Oil Change. On thing is that I do NOT appreciated mechanic or representative that didn’t clean it up inside my driver side that left junk papers!! I was pissed off and took those papers and throw it away. My car is not a trash. They should be clean it up before I arrive and ready to drive to home. Please tell them to make sure paperwork must be remove inside car before customer arrive. I expect to have next oil change should be free next one.

Chris was very accommodating and professional. Just a suggestion for the future. My airbag replacement work left black marks on the interior strip as well as black shoe prints and dirt on my passenger side floor board. I ended up having to make a second trip back to Right to have it cleaned up. Service Writer should check out the repairs prior to handing off vehicle to customer. Thanks, Matt
