It was unfortunate that I was told the service would take 2 hours and I planned my day around that ( but I even added an extra hour as a buffer)so when i came back 3 hours later and was told another hour it made me late for my meeting but Chris was great and offered to let me keep the loaner and drove up to our house to switch cars. So I appreciate him making an effort to accommodate me so I could get to my meeting (a little late). He was great to work with and turned what could have been a very negative experience into a positive one.
