My service experience was fine. However, a woman was allowed to bring her large pet dog into the waiting room which kept barking loudly. A real service dog would never bark like that at other patrons in a business. Service dogs should of course be allowed. Pets should NOT. I left my dogs at home, as is appropriate when I visit a business not related to them. She should've as well and you should ensure the comfort of all guests by not allowing people's pets to behave badly in your waiting room. When the dog kept barking at other patrons, she should've been asked to leave.
