You are just the Best with all!!! Best customer service, fast and sufficient with auto repairs... Fabian is my go to guy, but when he is not in the rest of the staff are just great!!!! I transferred over from Bell honda 4-5 yrs ago, absolutely hate going there always left paying extra, waiting time was way to long, went there to fix something and left with something else broken and returning... after I switch to you guys Right honda Fabian was the person to take care of my car and been back every time since then. I was pressed for time today, and got there at a busy time of day. Thought it might take forever. Alan told me he'd get my oil changed and let me know what else might need to be done.
Waiting room changes surprised me. It was comfortable before, but it's huge now. Nice to have diff areas to sit, including tables. Always appreciate your coffee, snacks, and newspapers. I've mentioned this before, but eliminating Fox News on TVs has made a HUGE change in the atmosphere. Thank you for that, and hope that will continue.
Oil changed quickly. Alan told me battery was weak, so I asked to change it--was very happy with quick turnaround. Great service from check-in to check-out; staff always helpful, efficient, personable, responsive. My 12-yr relationship with Right Honda has made me a Honda convert and I recommend you to everyone.
