First time I brought the car in, only a high level diagnoses was done and the problem was not completely fixed. My representative never called me to let me know the car was fixed. I had to call him to ask if the car was done. My ac failed the next day I had the car with my 5 month old daughter in the car. I had to drop the car off in the over night lot so that the car could be fixed again. Again, my representative never called me to let me know the car was finished. This was by far, the worst service I have experienced in the 6 years I have been bringing my car to this dealership.
