Rattling noise coming from glove compartment was not fully addressed. Had to call to check on the progress of the car later on that afternoon, before receiving a call that I have one hour to pickup my car.

Dropped car off for B127 service. Was called and advised car was ready for pick up. Had only done oil changed and invoice states other services were declined. I did not decline service. No one asked me. My entire purpose was to get car serviced for b127 code ... Super disappointed.. I don't have a lot of time , now I have to come back or find someone else to do the work.
