Recall appt was made for two fog lights/led lights in advance. Upon arrival with no warning was told I had to come back in a week or whenever it comes in. What is the point of calling ahead when the parts are not even made available? I travel 45 minutes to come to your service department and you have added an additional trip due to incompetence. Also, I asked that all sales people stop contacting me and that has also continued. Thank you for the extra errand as well as the loss of time it took me to fill this out when you knew the service was awful.

Lennon believed me when I kept Telling him about a squeal with braking on rear brakes. He along with the rest of the team worked until they found the problem. It was fixed and I had the great opportunity to use a 2019 Honda Pilot for 2 days!

To be clear: I was satisfied with everything that got worked on, the service was fantastic, and the did a great job. However, ever since I purchased my car last year, about every 2 weeks without fail, the low tire rotes sure sensor is triggered by one specific tire/wheel. I’ve taken it to multiple Honda service centers and every time I take it in, no one can see anything wrong with it. Someone suggested it might be because I had some “curb checks” on the rim of the problematic tire, but those seem more superficial than anything and they even said that probably isn’t what’s causing the issue. I was told that purchasing a new tire or rim may fix the problem, but I didn’t want to do that based on a “might” and guess work into what the issue is. I just want this problem fixed somehow some way. So if there is any suggestion Honda has to get it taken care of, it would be appreciated.
