Everything in the service department was great. However, I was approached by a member of the sales team while I was waiting who was extremely condescending and was trying to get me to buy a new vehicle. I understand this is a sales tactic, however the way it was approached was extremely unprofessional and made me feel like he thought I was stupid because I am a woman.

I’ve been dealing with the Honda people in CA trying to get my Accord’s air bags replaced/fixed for the recall. I’ve been going back and forth for almost a month. I was tossed around from one agent to another. Eventually someone listened about my situation and contacted Right Honda. They in turn got a hold of me and said they’d called the towing co and make arrangements. Within 2-3 days Right Honda got a scheduled to tow, picked up my Accord, repaired it and returned it on the same day. Kudos to Right Honda and all the folks there. VR
