Chris was so nice and patient with me. He and the tech explained the damage in the car and what needed to be done. Chris set me up with a loaner car. And when I had to bring my car back for an additional service, Chris took care of me again. Yes great!

Daniel was awesome. Honest, timel, and sincere. The car however has been to the service department for the same issues multiple times. I still am not confident that the issue has been addressed. There is a par acidic draw that is draining the battery. Unfortunately the battery dies unexpectedly at the worst possible time with no warning. This tends to really **** especially when it’s 115 degrees outside and no help in sight. It really **** to have to carry around an extra set of jumper cables in case the inevitable happens... no power. We were thinking about another Honda but now we are left scratching our heads?
