The dealership should never have got rid of the shuttle service. I had to wait on three different lyft rides to get me to work after dropping my car off. The first two kept cancelling and the third one nearly didn’t show up. Bring the shuttle service back.

While the service writer, Chris Douglas, was nice.....the salesmen and your finance guy were pushy, nosy, and would not take NO FOR ANSWER when asking us about upgrading our Pilot. Not everyone wants a new pilot and low payment! We have NO PAYMENT on our vehicle! Your guy in the salesman office said to me, in more or less words... ‘ so you are telling me you’d rather spend a thousand bucks in our shop then buy a new vehicle with a lower payment?'’ In the eyes of a customer, and one who’s father is a master tech for Honda in Missouri, your sales guy and finance guy are stealing commissions from the mechanics AND the service writers! ( we all know they work on commission!) While we paid to have our alternator replaced today, we opted out of having the power steering pump replaced along with various other issues. Your pricing is completely outrageous!!! We have been loyal customers for years and at this point we are looking for a smaller shop that’s going to give us more realistic pricing coupled with a far more honest approach regarding what NEEDS replaced.

My first visit back on 7/10/19 I got my first oil change and had two recalls on my vehicle. They fixed on and said they would call me when the part came in. Well a month went by and I called on 8/12/19 and left a voicemail. They called back 20 min later and said the part wasn't still in. But then the next day the part showed up. Makes no sense. I get you guys are busy and going through construction but I'm not gonna go to this Honda if I have to wait to be safe you know?
