The issue is with the system of keeping the customer advised of the progress the service is making. David informed me that if I hadn’t heard from him in a couple of hours reach out to him because he was extremely busy. That’s what ended up happening. I was there for an oil change and a recall for a software update. I called and texted David and got no response. I finally went out to his office. He informed me that my vehicle was in fact ready?? No idea how long it had been done??
I will probably be trying another dealership for the remainder of my Platinum warranty.
