David was kind and efficient with the concerns I had regarding my 4Runner after I had brought it in Friday for a routine oil change and it started making weird noises after the service. He immediately got me scheduled for Monday morning, as I had requested. He and his team addressed said concerns thoroughly and had the entire vehicle checked. While only one of two concerns could be recreated and fixed, I feel much more secure knowing that the entire vehicle was evaluated to ensure further safety. At 8 months pregnant, I am very grateful! So far, said noises have not returned.

Orlando did a good job. Brake light working again, so that’s good. However, I’m not happy with the fact that they changed my set up on my radio. If I come back to Right Toyota, I will specifically state not to touch my
radio. Something I never thought I’d ever have to say. Not happy with this at all as I’m 79 and have had difficulty in getting the radio where I liked it. Now I have to start all over again.

Orlando is great. However I am ver unhappy with right Toyota. I was sold a ppm where I was told I basically would have to pay very little year to year on maintenance. This seems to not be true. I was sold some BS and won’t buy another car from right Toyota. It’s ridiculous that they think people can spend 100k on a car. Then buy a ppm and still have to pay outrageous prices and come to find out on things I DONT NEED !!!! Very unhappy.
