To the dealership. The problem is that your communication process is flawed. Why do I need to be the one calling to see what’s going on with it? Why when Jackson is off one day, someone isn’t subbing in and being brought up to speed? The issue isn’t Jackson, it’s the fact that the whole department is awful at communication and I’ve seen that for the 2 years I’ve been coming.

David is great. I always feel like he not only understands all of my service needs, he’s become a friend. Honest, friendly, and of course super knowledgeable - not just trying to sell me stuff I don’t need. I’ve also come to appreciate Micah Kiperman as “my” mechanic. I’m a hard to please customer (I’m an Engineer - what can I say. LOL), but his attention to detail, quality work, has developed a trust with me that’s hard to accomplish. Really tough day. I think Michael may have been ill today. I checked in before 7:00 am. Didn’t hear from anyone for almost 3 1/2 hours. Eventually asked about status of my car, to be told that parts were ordered and they may arrive the next day. Unfortunate gap in communication.
