It was not a good experience. No one came in the lobby to tell me my vehicle was ready. They texted but I did not have my phone with me. I told them that I had to get back to work. I own a concession business and I had a sporting event at the school that I had to get back to instead, I wasted an extra 40 minutes or so sitting there, not knowing where my vehicle was and why I was taking so long after he told me it was only gonna take 20 minutes. Then when I checked out the guy that checks me out, says that my car is in the front something in the meantime, I have no idea what he’s talking about. I’m searching for my car. I ended up having to have two people luckily Cody was out there and he was wonderful. He helped me find my car. Then when I turned on the vehicle, the bracket light was still on for the tire they had just replaced. I had to park my vehicle again and walk over and I spoke to Cody about it and he came out and looked and he said that. sensor must’ve been broken and they should’ve replaced it, but it was gonna take two hours so I told him I’m too busy in my business right now to make an appointment right now. I’m gonna have to do it when I can do it next week. The whole thing was asinine. I have bought probably 25 vehicles at your dealership right now. I have three vehicles that we’ve gotten recently from you all under my name and I also want to say that my warranty only expired two weeks. Ago and instead of helping me out and putting it under the warranty or fixing away, they gave me a slight discount which I did appreciate but it really annoyed me that a they couldn’t help me further with the new tire and then the whole fiasco today was just ridiculous.
