I would have appreciated better communication with the status of my car. I had to call multiple times to find out what was wrong with my car and when I could pick it up. It was very frustrating trying to contact Orlando. My car was in service for 5 hours and it only has 7300 miles. This is not what I expected from buying my fourth Toyota Prius.

My dissatisfaction has nothing to do with Mr. Jaramillo. He had no control over the event that caused me to be there for 4 1/2 hours. He treated me well he kept me up with events and did as much as he could. I came in for routine service, was told that I needed an alignment, and all that took 4 1/2 hours. That’s just not acceptable.
