David is great. I always feel like he not only understands all of my service needs, he’s become a friend. Honest, friendly, and of course super knowledgeable - not just trying to sell me stuff I don’t need. I’ve also come to appreciate Micah Kiperman as “my” mechanic. I’m a hard to please customer (I’m an Engineer - what can I say. LOL), but his attention to detail, quality work, has developed a trust with me that’s hard to accomplish. Really tough day. I think Michael may have been ill today. I checked in before 7:00 am. Didn’t hear from anyone for almost 3 1/2 hours. Eventually asked about status of my car, to be told that parts were ordered and they may arrive the next day. Unfortunate gap in communication.

I made the mistake of booking my maintenance appointment with a different Toyota dealership. I have leased my last 3 cars from right Toyota and have been getting serviced there for years so I’m not sure how I messed that up but they got me in anyways and took care of my vehicle maintenance quickly.
