The service performed on my car was excellent, and Jackson was great to talk to and he helped me with what I needed while I was at the dealership. The reason I wasn’t 100% satisfied was that I did not receive service updates until I received the update that my car was ready to be picked up, even though I called twice and texted once. I received a message that I would be contacted shortly, but I wasn’t actually contacted until over an hour and a half later. So that could be greatly improved upon, though the rest of my experience with Jackson was excellent.
