Eduardo was not available when I was trying to pickup my vehicle. The Multi-point inspection paperwork had 3 different cost totals for services and none of the prices matched the final price paid for the service.

Milage sticker completely wrong, tire pressure light was on upon my picking up vehicle the next day, part on the driver seat was not fixed even though I paid for it to be fixed…had to go back and ask what happened and why it wasn’t fixed…now told part wasn’t in and I’d have to return Tuesday again to get it taken care of. Makes me wonder what else didn’t get done with my over $1600.00 bill. Very dissatisfied, Tuesday will be my last time I return for service there, will look elsewhere.

Let's start with why make appointments if they don't mean anything. 4 hours for an oil change is ridiculous, the inspection of vehicles not that they did that this time is a joke. If i hadn't payed for the life time oil change I'd go somewhere else. Thanks
