There was lack of communication with the service tech and service manager that neglected to let me know my recall part was not available until I returned 5 hours later, only to rebook the service call. Alan was very apologetic and hopes to address the issue so another client would not have to go through the major inconvenience.
Fortunately, I wasn't working or had any other commitments on this day.

Mostly satisfied! I just wish the operator was more accurate in his time estimation. He said 1 hour which to be honest is a bit too long but not out of the question, however it took 2 hours. Now the advisor did inform me it would take and additional hour and your lounge is nice but I drive from Fountain Hills so it’d be awesome if they set the proper expection and then exceede it!

The service individual I dealt with was fine.
However, I have a 2018 Jeep purchased at a Lithia dealership in Kennewick WA and purchased the lifetime oil change package for the vehicle is primarily used as a tow vehicle. I live in Rio Verde approximately 50-60 minutes from the Bell road dealership. I make prior appointment times to ensure I can get the service I need as timely as possible. I’m pretty sure since I don’t have a Toyota I’m not high on the priority list. I wait for my oil change to be completed between 1.5 and 2.5 hours. Today I was told it could be up to 2.5 hours because a part needed to be ordered. What? You knew I was coming!!! I come every year… twice a year! I’ve just learned to accept that I’m either not a priority or you really don’t like to fulfill the lifetime oil change package when purchased elsewhere. In the summer months I go to a Lithia dealership in Spokane WA, always make an appointment and I’m out of there in45-60 min. Never do I feel as if my business is any less important that any other customers or have to wait for a part.
That’s my comment… appears as if service management lacks IMHO
Employees I deal face to face with are polite but they aren’t the ones calling the shots.
