When I purchased this vehicle I made sure to get as much protection as possible for it and asked multiple times that I would be able to bring it to them for everything. And was assured that would be the case. Now I bring it for service and am told it needs tires and rear shocks. It has less than 15000 miles. It shouldn’t need either of those. And if it does it should be covered under warranty. And I shouldn’t have to take it to another dealership in osky because you guys decided to sell your ford license shortly after we bought the car

I am very pleased with the service performed on my 2007 toyota Solara today. However, I purchased 2 new tires and requested to keep one of the old ones to have as a spare. I got home and the spare was not in my trunk. After returning to the dealership and finding the service department closed for the day I was greeted by a female employee, who asked my name and went to inquire about the tire who then told me that it will be delivered to my home tomorrow. If all goes well tomorrow, I will then say that I am completely satisfied. Thank you.
