Payne called me this afternoon and asked me about add on services. I brought my Kia Sorento in for a dead 12v battery and oil change and asked for an estimate. I agreed to a $50 dollar battery clean. When he asked me about the brake flush and fuel line flush he did not mention the cost. I was initially estimated $500. With this add on I was charged a total over $1200. I would have NEVER agreed to an additional $433 dollar service. I feel duped and it honestly is making both my husband and myself rethink using Gregg Young for any service. This is after my husband just bought a brand new car there. It’s really unfortunate for what initially felt was great service to turn so terrible. At this point, I will not refer anyone to Gregg Young.

I went in for an oil change and transmission fluid change. The employee that was helping me was very rushed and when he took my keys I told him I was there for an oil change and transmission fluid change. He was like yeah yeah ok. When I went to pick up my truck. He changed the oil and changed the transfer case fluid. This was not what I requested. I’ve told me he gave me a coupon but my oil change was free and I was charged $ 450.00 for a transmission fluid flush. I am not sure if this is what you normally charge but I felt this was extremely high. He was explaining the bill and was such in a hurry and seemed very distracted that it was not clear what I was charged and for what. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received that day.
