I had an appointment at 10 am and was there for 4 hours for an oil change. What’s the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait like a walk in?

Hello there, every since Mrs.Tate have been there when she took care of my car for the first visit I didn't ask or want anyone else to have my car serviced but her, she has always done a tremendous job.
